Our Client Success Managers take a consultative approach to their work and help our clients get as much as possible out of their software investments. In addition to fielding any questions you may have; your Client Success Manager will also look at your existing processes and provide suggestions for streamlining, ensuring your firm is utilizing Centerbase in the best way possible.

  • What is the difference between client support and client success?

    Our support department is here to help you troubleshoot, ask how-to questions, and identify and correct any errors. Your dedicated client success manager acts as more of a strategic partner whose only priority is ensuring your success and the best possible adoption/utilization of our software.

  • Are there any extra costs associated?

    No – our phone and email support, support articles & training, and our Centerbase Client Community are included features in each of our pricing plans.

  • How do I get in touch with client support?

  • How much data can I bring over from my current system?

    All of it! Because Centerbase is a cloud-based platform, we can provide a full historical data import of your matters, clients, and billing data. You’ll never have to go back and forth between different systems again.

  • What does the process of switching to Centerbase look like?

    The goal of our onboarding and implementation processes is to ensure that the transition from your technologies to Centerbase is as smooth and seamless as possible. It is important to note that while our suggested time frame is 8-12 weeks, every firm has different targets and objectives. Because of this, we can adapt to accommodate your firm’s needs by either accelerating or extending this timeline to meet your firm’s desired roll-out plan. You will be paired with a Project Manager and Implementation Specialist who will be there for you during each phase of the journey – implementation scoping, data migration, test imports, and training included.
