With nearly 15 years in legal technology and a background in IT training and aviation sales management, Melissa turns complex tools into practical, intuitive experiences for all. She co-founded the Rockstar Women in AI Community, a global initiative empowering woman and helping them find their place in an AI powered universe, and serves on the Board of Advisors for Altruva.ai, contributing insights on responsible AI adoption and meaningful human engagement.

Francisco Javier Borrayo is a licensed attorney and AI Practice Acceleration Manager at Holland & Knight, where he leads firmwide initiatives to integrate generative AI tools into legal workflows. With a background in legal technology training and nearly a decade of experience supporting attorneys across multiple law firms, Francisco helps legal professionals adopt emerging tools with confidence and clarity. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he served as President of the Latinx Law Students Association and earned certificates in Health Law and Compliance. His work sits at the intersection of law, innovation, and accessibility rooted in a passion for demystifying tech for the legal profession.
