August 21′ Enhancements
Our August Enhancement Release consists of calendaring improvements, an ePre-Bill notes update, protection for inactive accounts, and overall performance enhancements.
Editing Existing Recurrence Settings
When editing an activities recurrence setting, an error box will be shown if there is a problem that you need to resolve.
Changing An Existing Appointment to A Recurring Appointment
If you change an existing calendar appointment to display as a recurring, all-day appointment (for any time period), it will display at the top of the calendar. However, it will not display at the top of the calendar if you change its duration to be a specific period of time. Additionally, this all-day activity in the Activity Recurrence table will not have a time associated with it.
Completing One or More Recurring Activities
Completing one activity in a series will be accepted in your calendar and will not populate with any additional error pop-ups.
ePre-Bill Notes Button
When notes are added in ePre-Bill Approval, the notes button will turn orange. This will help notify attorneys or other members of your team that notes are available to view on that pre-bill.
General and Performance Enhancements
Bank Accounts Chart load speed is back!
Reversing a payment will not result in a negative unapplied balance on the payment.

Not this time! We know you have a busy schedule so we try to reserve our product training for big feature releases. However, we have a ton of great resources online as well as on the Community!
